At Elvore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Tote Bags or Shoulder Bags, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Window

Customers have 30 Days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Item Condition for Returns

To qualify for a successful return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and tags.
  • The product must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

3. Return Reasons & Shipping Costs

We believe in a transparent shopping experience with no hidden costs:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will bear the return shipping cost. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply no longer want the item, return shipping is still Free. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees for returns).

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@elvore.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will email you a Pre-paid Return Shipping Label (Download and Print).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Attach the provided label and drop the package off at your nearest courier facility.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving the item.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, Amex, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard).

Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 Business Days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after we have processed it.

Currency: All transactions and refunds are processed in USD ($).
